Digital Downloads E-books and digital products are delivered instantly via a download link sent to your email upon payment confirmation. If you don't receive your link within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at lousupera@gmail.com.
Physical Books Physical books are printed and fulfilled by Lulu Direct, our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Portugal & Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Lulu Direct's production schedule, customs, or postal services. For lost or damaged orders, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with Lulu Direct to resolve the issue.
EU Consumers If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a physical goods purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
