Refund & Return Policy
Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all e-book sales are final once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at lousupera@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
Physical Books Physical books are printed on demand by Lulu Direct. As each copy is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your book arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Delays caused by postal services or customs
EU Consumer Rights If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a physical goods purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To exercise this right, please contact us before returning any item.
Digital products are exempt from the right of withdrawal once download has begun, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
